These terms cover this page, which Roofsimple Inc. dba Solarsimple uses to take inquiries about a solar lease for a home.

The lease

The lease runs 25 years. Your monthly lease payment is locked for the full term and does not increase.

The system is owned by Solarsimple's financing partner, LightReach. Solarsimple is the installer. Maintenance is included in the lease and is handled by a certified LightReach contractor. The lease agreement sets out the full terms.

Sending this form does not start a lease, a credit agreement, or an installation. A later agreement with Roofsimple Inc. dba Solarsimple or its financing partner would set the payment and the other terms.

Who can ask

The check on this page asks whether you own the home, whether the roof gets sun, whether your credit score is 650 or higher, and whether the ZIP code is in the current service area (Virginia, Maryland, and parts of West Virginia). Some ZIP codes inside that region are outside the service area.

Calls and emails

If you send the form, a member of the Solarsimple team may call or email you about solar for your home, using the contact details you gave us. Calls are placed by a person, not an automated system.

Text messages

A separate checkbox asks if you agree to receive text messages from Solarsimple about your inquiry. It is unchecked unless you check it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Your answers

You agree that the information you send is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We use it to respond to the inquiry and to measure the ads that led you here.
